Qualification Needed:
Candidates must hold Postgraduate Medical Degree
(MD/DNB) in respective discipline from recognized University/Institute with
good academic records against JIPMER Job Notification.
Candidates must not have completed 03 years Senior
Residency in any recognized institute including regular or Ad-hoc basis
Restriction of Age:
Age of candidates should not be more than 33 years.
Salary Structure:
Aspirants who get elected for JIPMER Vacancies will be
permissible to receive a pay scale of Rs. 80,000/- per month.
Application Fee:
Candidates (General and OBC Categories) need to pay
application fee of Rs.500/- and other SC/ST Categories need to submit the fee
of Rs.250/-in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Director, JIPMER,
Puducherry-06.
No fee is required for Persons with Disabilities
(PwD’s) candidates.
Method of Selection:
The selection process for the post of Senior Resident
will include a written examination (80%) and review of academic,
research credentials including publications academic awards, research paper,
presentation in conferences and performance in personal interview (20%)”.
A written Examination based on MCQs in the subject
concerned will be conducted for eligible Candidate followed by personal
interview.
Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on
their written test marks.
