Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University invites Entrance Exam application from Indian Applicants who want to take admission in medical courses. Aspirants who want to take admission in MBBS Course can fill UPCPMT Application Form 2015 on or before the last date that is 22nd April 2015.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should meet the following eligibility criteria:

Contenders minimum age should be 17 years and must be a permanent resident of the state (Uttar Pradesh)

Candidates who are not permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh but done their study (10th and 12th) from the schools or the board of Uttar Pradesh are also eligible for applying.

Contenders must have passed 12th examination or its equivalent from a government recognized state/central board with Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English as the main subjects.

Seats Available:

There are total 2123 seats for all medical courses in all UPCPMT affiliated colleges.

Colleges which are not associated to the UPCPMT also refer to the score card of the candidate for the admissions.

For getting admission in MBBS or BDS, the candidate needs to score above 1000 rank.

All seats are including the seats for General, Backward Class, Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe candidates.

Steps to Apply

Step1	Candidates may fill UPCPMT 2015 application form from the official site.
Step2	New candidates have to register themselves by pressing on new user in which they have to fill basic details like name, address, email id and their mobile number.
Step3	Note that all the details regarding UPCPMT 2015 Application will be sent to registered id and mobile number.
Step4	Verification code will be sent to applicant’s mobile number as it is mandatory to reach next steps
Step5	Candidates can fill the UPCPMT 2015 Application Form by entering their username and password sent on their registered mobile number and email id
Step6	Fill in all the details being asked in the online Application Form of UPCPMT 2015
Step7	After filling in all the information, candidates are required to press on the ‘Submit’ button.
Step8	After filling application form press on “Pay Fees” link
Step9	Pay fee according to available link for UPCPMT-2015 link then you will be redirected to bank website Pay Application fee according to instruction given.
Step10	After submission of fee, candidate will receive a SMS for verification of fee deposit after 24 hour.
Step11	At last take print out of application form.
