Required Qualification:
Applicants should possess Diploma / B.Sc / Engineering
Degree in concerned discipline with good academic records from well recognized
University/ Institute
Candidates must have minimum one year of post
qualification experience in concerned discipline.
Restriction on Age:
Age of candidates should not be less than 18 years and
not more than 26 years as on 31.10.2016.
Relaxation in age by five years for SC candidates and
three years for OBC candidates for Jr. Engineering Assistant Post
For Jr. Quality Control Analyst, relaxation in age by
ten years for PWD ex-apprentices
Salary Structure:
Candidates will get impressive amount of salary of
Rs.11, 900 - 32,000/- which will be offered by organization against IOCL
Notification.
Application Fee:
Candidates need to pay application fee of Rs.100/- in
the form of Demand Draft in favour of INDIAN OIL CORPORATION LTD., payable at
SBI Baholi, Panipat (Brach Code-8706).
SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of
application fee for IOCL Recruitment.
Hiring Process:
The selection methodology will comprise Written Test
and Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (Qualifying nature).
Selection will be based on Written Test of 3 hours
duration followed by Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test.
Shortlisted candidates based on performance in Written
Test shall undergo Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test and only those who qualify
shall be considered in order of merit.
