Required Qualification:

Applying candidates should have possessed with Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relation or MBA with specialization in HR from a recognized University/ Institution with good academic records.Experienced candidates will be given preference for NINL Recruitment. Candidates should also have minimum required experience for this post.

Age Limit:

Applicants should not be more than the age of 52 years for General Manager Post in respect of NINL Recruitment. Reservation and Relaxation to the reserved category candidates will be given as per norms govt. of India. SC/ ST candidates will be given 5 years relaxation and OBC Candidates will be given 3 years relaxation.

Registration Fee:
