Qualification:
Candidates who want to take the advantage of this
opportunity should possess Bachelor’s degree in economics/agricultural
economics.
Applicants must have minimum of 10 years’ experience in
an organization(s) dealing with natural rubber in the areas of production,
processing and marketing
Strong analytical and communication skills and
proficiency in English
Age
Limit:
Aspirant’s age should not be more than 53 years as on
15 March 2016.
However, maximum age would be extended by two years
based on merits of candidates and requirement of Association.
Selection
Procedure:
Selection of shortlisted contenders will be made on
basis of their performance in interview conducted by organization, which will
be held in Kuala Lumpur.
As part of interview, aspirants are required to give a
presentation for about 10 minutes covering their experience and knowledge in
rubber industry.
Pay
Scale:
Aspirants will receive starting basic salary of Rs.7,
052.00 in the pay scale of Rs.7, 052-8,980/- plus other allowances.
