Eligibility Criteria: 

Aspirants, who want to apply for Teacher Eligibility Test -1, must have passed HSC.

Candidates should also have 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education i.e. P.T.C (D.El.Ed).

Application Fee: 

Applying contenders have to pay Rs. Rs. 350/- for General/ OBC and SC, ST, SEBC and PH candidates are require to pay Rs. 250/- as application fee.

Selection Process:

Selection of appliers will be made on basis of their performance in Gujarat Teachers Eligibility Test entrance examination.

Paper criteria of Teacher Eligibility Test -1

Total 150 MCQs (Both Sections): 150 Marks (Duration: 90 minutes)

Paper will contain MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions)

Only one OMR Sheet for the answer of 150 Questions.

Each MCQ is of One Mark. No Negative Marking System.

Applying Procedure:

Step1	First of all, candidates need to log on official website ojas.guj.nic.in for filling up online application form.
Step2	Now aspirants need to hit the tab ‘apply online’.
Step3	Then Go for option as “TET for Primary Teacher English/Hindi/Gujarati Medium” and press on ‘Apply now’.
Step4	Fill Application Form online in all respects.
Step5	Upload digital Photo and signature.
Step6	Submit finally after review Application Form.
Step7	Take print out of hard copy of this form for future use.
Step8	Incomplete application forms will not be considered for further process.
