Eligibility:
The candidate should be among top 2, 00,000 (including
all categories) by scoring positive marks in Paper-1 of JEE (Main) 2016.
The percentages of various categories are: 27% for
OBC-NCL, 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST and the remaining 50.5% is OPEN for all.
Within each of these four categories, 3% horizontal reservation is available
for PWD (including Dyslexic) candidates.
Applicants should have appeared for Class XII (or
equivalent) examination first time in all the subjects in either 2015 or 2016.
Candidates, who appeared for Class XII (or equivalent)
examination in 2015 and wish to re-appear in same in 2016, will have to
re-appear in all subjects in 2016.
Those who appeared for first time in their Class XII
(or equivalent) examination in 2014 or earlier are NOT eligible.
Age
Limit:
Applicants should have been born on or after October 1,
1991. Five years relaxation is given to SC, ST and PWD candidates, i.e., these
candidates should have been born on or after October 1, 1986.
Number
Of Attempts:
Aspirants can attempt JEE (Advanced) a maximum of two
times in consecutive years. Therefore, candidates who appeared in JEE
(Advanced) 2015 for first time are also eligible.

It will cover two question papers such as Paper 1 &
Paper 2.
Both question paper will consist of three segments such
as Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

to Fill JEE Advanced Application Form:
Candidates should register for appearing in JEE
(Advanced) 2016 through official website, which is www.jeeadv.ac.in.
Go to ‘Registration’ section and register yourself.
After login, provide the basic data including choice of
language of question paper (English or Hindi), choices for cities of
examination.
Upload scanned copies of all requisite documents.
Pay registration fee Registration fee is
NEITHER refundable NOR transferable.
Take print out of application form for future use.
