Age
Limit:
Age of job hunters should not below 18 years and should
not above 25 years as on 01.01.2015.
Age is relaxed by 3 Years for OBC (A) & OBC (B), 5
Years for SC & ST and 10 years for Persons with Disabilities candidates of
West Bengal only.

Fee:
Candidates going to apply for Assistant Engineer post
needed to pay Rs. 400/- as an Application fee.
Fee should be deposited in any branch of United Bank of
India through a triplicate CHALLAN.
Selection
Process:
Candidates willing to join WBSEDCL as Assistant
Engineer will be selected on the basis score obtained in Graduate Aptitude Test
in Engineering (GATE) – 2016.
Based on the GATE-2016 Marks and requirement,
candidates will be shortlisted for interview in order of merit.
Final Merit list will be prepared based on GATE-2016
score and score obtained by the candidate in Personal Interview.
Salary
Scale:
Job hunters will be paid with the impressive amount of
salary package of Rs.15, 600 – Rs. 39,100 +Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/- .
