Age
Limit:
Age of appliers for the post of Assistant Manager
should not exceed 30 years and for Executive Trainee post should not exceed 25
years as on 24 February 2016.
Upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC (Non
Creamy Layer) candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 10 years for Persons
with Disabilities.
Application
Fee:
Open and OBC candidates are required to pay Application
fee of Rs. 400/-(Non refundable) should be remitted only in the form of a
crossed Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favor of COCHIN SHIPYARD LIMITED on any
Nationalised bank payable at Kochi.
No application fee for candidates belonging to
Scheduled Caste (SC)/ Scheduled Tribe (ST) / Person with Disability (PWD).
Selection
Process:
Selection of job hunters will be based on written test
followed by a Group Discussion and Personal Interview
Candidates will be short listed based on the marks
secured in the written test will be called for Group Discussion and
Personal Interview.
Pay
Scale:
Selected aspirants will be paid with the E-1 Grade in
the scale of pay of Rs. 16400-3%-40500.
