Application Fee for ESIC Gujarat Recruitment:
- Applicants are required to submit the non-refundable application form fee of Rs. 250/- before the interview in form of Demand Draft of Nationalized/Scheduled Bank in favour of ESIC FUND A/C NO.1 payable at Ahmadabad.
- Candidates applying for Specialists posts are required to pay Rs.300/- in form of Demand Draft of Nationalized/Scheduled Bank in favour of ESIC FUND A/C NO.1 payable at Ahmadabad.
- SC/ST / PH and female candidates are exempted to pay any amount of fee.
Mode of Selection:
Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in walk-inInterview. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.
Process to apply for ESIC Gujarat Recruitment:
- Candidates who are willing to apply for Specialists posts need to appear for interview along with originals and attested copies of MCI / State MC Registration certificate and relevant essential documents in support of qualification, experience, caste certificate, two passport size photos at the venue as given below on the scheduled date.
- Aspirants applying for rest of other posts may download the application forms from the ESIC website www.esic.nic.in or can obtain from the Deputy Director, ESIC General Hospital, Naroda, Ahmedabad.
- Eligible contenders who wish to apply for Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, Gujarat are required to appear for interview along with originals and attested copies of certificate and other relevant documents at the venue as given below on the scheduled date.
