Academic Qualification:

• Aspirants wish to apply for aforesaid post must be a Graduate with CAIIB / DBF and should have diploma in Cooperative business Management or equivalent qualification.
• Candidate should possess at least Chartered Account / Cost Account and Post Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Required:

Candidate should have at least eight years of working experience at the middle / senior level in banking sector.

Age Limit for OSCB Bank Jobs:

Applying candidate’s age must be below 50 years as on 1st April 2016. Relaxation to upper age will be admissible as per norms of concerned bank.

Scale of Pay:

Applicants who will be considered for the said post will receive appropriate amount of salary that is Rs.28350-41400/-per month.

Selection Procedure:

Appointment of deserving candidate will be done through Institute of Banking Personnel and Selection (IBPS), Mumbai preferably by undergoing through a Viva Voce Test and Group Discussions.
