Education Qualification:

Candidates should have possessed Senior Secondary Exam with Science or its equivalent, Diploma in operation theatre Technique, Punjabi pass up to matric, Diploma in Dental Hygienist Course from government recognized university or institution.

Age limit:

The age of applying candidates should not be more than 37 years and not be less than 18 years of age.

Age relaxation will be given to the reserved Categories candidates as per government rules and regulation.

Salary Details:

Candidates who will be selected for the above mentioned posts will get remuneration are as follow:

Operation Theatre Assistant	Rs. 5910/- to 20200/- + Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
Electro cardiographer	Rs.5910/- to 20200- +Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
Dental Hygienist	Rs.5910/- to 20200/- + Grade Pay Rs.2800/-

Selection Procedure:

After screening of the application eligible candidates will be called for interview or written test. 

Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the interview or test which will be organized by organization.

Then hit on the ‘Apply online’ button and fill online application form and upload photo and signature in online application form.

Candidates must read filled application once again before final submission and then submit.
