Now under the ‘SPECIAL RECRUITMENT DRIVE FOR THE
PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES’ section, select the ‘Bio-Data Form’ link given on
that page.
Then you can download the application format and take a
print out of the same.
Now fill all the details in the prescribed format.
Then put the application in the envelope and it should
