Counseling Procedure:

Firstly applicants need to fill online admission application form and preferences of colleges for admission.

Candidates must have to know that after last date, no amendment is possible in order of choices, thus care must be taken while arranging options.

Allotment of seats would be done based on ranks of contenders, those having higher ranks will be deemed first for allowance of seats as per their choices.

When process of Choice filling is over and choices are locked by candidates, seats are allotted based on seat preference and merit position/ rank of candidates.

Contender who is successful in receiving a seat, are need to confirm his/her allotted seat by depositing required confirmation fee within particular period.

If a candidate, who is allotted a seat, do not deposit fee within particular period, his/her allotment of seat is automatically cancelled.

Fee:

Candidates, to whom seats will be allotted, will deposit requisite fee in the branch of OBC and HDFC bank through Challan and reported at the allotted nursing college for joining and medical checkup, check up of documents at the respective colleges.

Documents Required For Verification Are:

Applicants must bring the important required documents at the time of counselling. Don’t forget to carry any important documents otherwise there may be a problem.

Admit Card and Rank Letter of BSC Nursing- PPMET 2015

Marks sheet and certificate of class X and XII

Certificate stating the category of candidate (for SC, ST and OBC candidates)

Medical certificate for Physically Handicapped candidates

Certificate stating Date of Birth (if Merit Certificate does not bear it)

Two pass port size photo graphs.

Last date of filling of online admission application form and preferences of colleges for admission	11th October 2015
1st Round of allotment of seat as per merit cum preferences	14th October 2015
Candidates, to whom seats will be allotted, will deposit fee till	14th to 16th October 2015
Tsunami victims candidates can also apply on form as per prospectus / notification	08th October 2015
2nd Round of shifting /allotment of seat as per merit cum preferences given up to	20th October 2015
Candidates, to whom seats will be allotted in 2nd round, will deposit fee till	20th October to 22nd October 2015
