Qualification
Details:
Applicants must have Graduate / Post Graduate / MBBS /
Law / MBA / M.Sc / MCA or any other relevant degree from recognized university
/ institution.
Age
Limit:
Upper age limit of applying candidates for Sr. No. 1 to
10 and 26 number post should not be more than 45 years of age and for sr.No.11
to 25 post candidates should not be more than 40 years as on 1st April 2016.
Application
Fees:
Applicants should have to pay Rs. 200/- for general
category (Rs. 100/- for reserved category) in the form of Demand Draft in
favor of State Institute of Health & Family Welfare payable at Jaipur,
Rajasthan.
Selection
Procedure:
Selection will be based on their performance in test /
interview.

Select appropriate link of “Detail Advertisement for
recruitment of Consultants/Managers/Programme Officers/Coordinators/Accountants
& Supervisors etc. under NHM vide no. 407 Dt. 13.04.2016”.
Fill application form with all asked details. Paste
your recent passport size photograph with application form. Attach self
attested photocopies of relevant documents in support of age, qualification,
experience etc.
After that application form, Demand Draft all documents
should be inserted in an Envelope. An Envelope should be super scribed with”
