Chief Customer Service Officer (CCSO) will be a retired
banker, not less than the rank of a General Manager/Deputy General Manager in a
Scheduled Commercial Bank, other than Vijaya Bank.
Educational
Qualification:
Aspirants who are willing to apply for CCSO post must
have Graduation with CAIIB from a recognized university/ institution.
Experience:
Candidates must have worked as DGM for 3 years or as GM
for 2 years preferably in the area of customer grievance redressal/ customer
relationship management/ KYC / any other customer related departments in a
scheduled commercial bank.
Age
Criteria:
Age of appliers should not be more than 65 years as on
1st April, 2015.
