Selection
Process:
Firstly, Eligible aspirants have to undergo an All
India written test. Candidates will be shortlisted for Group Discussion and
Personal Interview based on the performance in written test.
Written Test: The test will be in two parts, Part-I
will consist of 120 multiple-choice questions of the relevant discipline and
Part-II will consist of 30 multiple-choice questions on Executive Aptitude.
Group Discussion & Personal Interview: Based on
merit and requirement, contenders qualifying written test will undergo Group
Discussion and Personal Interview.
Salary
Package:
Candidates who are appointed for the post of Executive
Trainee will be paid with the Stipend during the training period of Rs 20600-
3%- 46500/-.
On successful completion of Training period they will
be placed in the regular Pay Scale of R. 24900-50500/- at E2A level.
