Educational Qualification:

Candidates should be passed higher secondary examination or equivalent from recognized Board.

Age Limit:

Contender’s age should not less than 18 years and should not more than 35 years as on 01-01-2016.

Age Relaxation will be admissible to reserved category aspirants (SC/ ST/ OBC) as per norms of Government of India.

Physical Standards:

(A) Male candidates:

Height – Minimum 163 centimeter for general and 152 centimeter for SC, ST candidates.

Chest – Without expansion 79 centimeter and after expansion 84 centimeter

(B) Female candidates:

Height – Minimum 150 centimeter for general and 145 centimeter for SC, ST candidates.

Walk speed:

For male candidates – 25 kilometer in four hours.

For female candidates – 14 kilometer in four hours.

Selection Process

Selection of applied contenders will be made on the basis of physical efficiency test (PET), physical standard test (PST), written test and interview.

Salary Scale:

Contenders appointed as Forest Guard will be placed in the salary scale of Rs. 5200 to 20200 with GP of Rs. 1900.
